What is a feed? What does it mean to subscribe?
Websites publish lists of updates, called "feeds," that indicate when new content has been posted. When you subscribe to a feed, Google Reader starts monitoring that feed for updates. You don't have to give any personal information, it doesn't cost a dime, and it's easy to unsubscribe.
New content posted to your subscriptions will appear in Google Reader, the same way that new emails addressed to you show up in your email account. This way, you can keep up with all your favorites sites in one place, without having to visit each one individually.

It is recommended to use the main feed http://www.wii-records.com/rss.php and you may add other feeds, such as your favorite game feed plus your user feed!
There are a lot of other readers (both web-based and standalone applications), you may use one of these readers or choose your own that is not listed here!
